Product Description

Sodium diacetate has high-efficiency mildew-proof effect on grain, food and feed, especially on aflatoxin. By penetrating into microbial cell walls and interfering with the growth of various enzyme systems in cells, it can effectively inhibit the occurrence, growth and spread of more than ten kinds of mycotoxins such as Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus Niger, mold poison, Penicillium funiculosum, Aspergillus glaucus and Aspergillus albicans, and bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Listeria and Gram-negative bacteria. It has been widely used abroad for mildew prevention and preservation of grain, food and feed.
